We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 48 hour window). If after our re-clean is completed, and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund back to your original form of payment.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
After every service, a representative will reach out and ensure you were satisfied with your cleaning. If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean your home within a 48 hour window. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends/family, we’ll refund your money.
If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. A general cleaning of a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom starts at $140, and the price increases by each additional room/bathroom. If you would like additional services, those will be individually priced, and available as add-ons when you book your service. If there is something that is not listed that you would like cleaned, please leave it in the note section, and we will try to accommodate as best possible.
Of course! Simply respond to your confirmation email, or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service. If there are any issues, we will contact you.
